Naomi Rising, Inc was founded by Eli and Cynthia Chatman to provide affordable housing to single mothers.

Having been raised in single parent households throughout their childhood, they know first-hand the burden that mothers endure when fathers are absent from the home.

Naomi Rising strives to partner with other non-profit organizations and government agencies to ensure these mothers are given the opportunity to raise their children in safe and loving homes.
